  • Matchbook Estate, CA – This classic Cab was aged for 14 months in French, Hungarian and American oak for a toasty red tasting of dark fruit, nutmeg, clove and tobacco. $14 btl, $7 btg
  • Cartlidge Browne, CA – This North Coast Cab carries a cornucopia of flavors: plum, cherries and rhubarb pie combine with dried herbs and a smoky finish. $14 btl, $7 btg
  • Borne of Fire, WA – This Columbia Valley Cab comes from their newest proposed AVA “The Burn”, noted for its rapid brush fires that lead to rich, flavorful reds, such as this, tasting of cherry, currant, pomegranate with more than a hint of smoked oak, herbs and red pepper. $21 btl, $9 btg
