This Tuesday Tasting (Mar 26) we try three ripe reds from Spain that are muy deliciosa!. Featuring:
- Zestos Garnacha – This bright, beautiful old-vine Grenache has been a long time-favorite of ours for a reason: black raspberry and cherry combine with a touch of spice in this silky red with a gentle minerality on the finish. $12 btl, $6 btg
- Dacu Tempranillo – Blueberry and boysenberry and combine with a touch of pepper and smoke in this 100% Tempranillo with a long, elegant finish. $13 btl, $6 btg
- Cune Crianza Rioja – This blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta and Mazuelois is fermented in stainless steel to emphasize rich red fruit flavors and cassis then aged in American oak for more than a year to add touches of vanilla, cocoa and caramel to the finish. $15 btl, $7 btg
