Weekly Wine Flight: Tues, Apr 27 – Thurs, Apr 29
This week we sample 3 different roses from 3 different countries. Featuring:
- Impero Mon Amour, Italy – This 100% Sangiovese rose is handpicked and harvested over the course of a month to ensure the grapes are at their best. The result? A dry, elegant blush tasting of tart cherries, cranberry and a hint of crisp honeydew with a clean finish. $12 btl, $6 btg
- Bargemone, France – The newest vintage of this classic Provence rose is getting rave reviews for good reason: ripe summer melons, red berries, and sweet orange combine with lavender aromas, a creamy mouth feel and a clean finish in this perfect summer rose. $19 btl, $8 btg
- Olivares, Spain – Another well-ranked rose (this time from Jumilla, Spain) this vibrant blend of Grenache and Monastrell tastes of fresh peach, strawberries, and green apples with a nice citrus twist on the end. $12 btl, $6 btg
Tasting: $11
Paired with: Shrimp Scampi Flatbread ($8)
