  • Cinzano Prosecco, Italy – The original bubbly used in Aperol Spritz, this classic Italian Prosecco combines aromas of white flowers with flavours of Granny Smith apple, golden pear and fresh herbs.  $14 btl, $7 btg
  • Kuentz-Bas Alsace Blanc, France – From one of the most well-known estate in Alsace comes this layered white blend: Sylvaner, Muscat and Auxerrois mix to create a dry white with rich floral and spice aromas followed by flavours of fresh herbs, roasted nuts, a hint of citrus and a clean minerality.   • Four Graces, Oregon – This Willamette Valley Pinot garners rave reviews (Wine Spectator: 93 pts) for good reason: raspberry, cherry and cranberry combine with a touch of earthiness and roasted coffee in this surprisingly layered, elegant Pinot. $26 btl, $12 btg
