- Treasure Hunter “Dusty Bottoms”, Washington – This rare red blend of Tempranillo, Nebbiolo and Grenache is packed with earthy spices, dried cherry and fig, mocha, with, yes, you guessed it, a dry dusty finish. $23 btl, $9 btg
- Edmeades Zinfandel, California – The cool climate of Anderson Valley makes the grapes in this Zin rich and fruity, tasting of ripe blackberries with hints of leather, earth and tobacco. $15 btl, $7 btg
- Klinker Brick Syrah, California – This knockout red from Lodi is fruit forward and lush, tasting of blackberry, currant, and ripe plums, balanced by a subtle smoke and oak to create a lingering but not overwhelming finish. $20 btl, $8 btg
