  • Hecula—An intense, cherry red made of 100% Monastrell culled from 80-year-old vines, this silky wine is aged in French oak and tastes of plum, fig, and berries with notes of balsamic and wood. $14 btl, $7 btg
  • Tarima Hills – This highly acclaimed wine (Wine Spectator #17 of top 100 wines; Wine Advocate: 92 pts) is harvested from old-vine grapes (some almost 100 years) and aged 20 mos in French oak for rich flavors of blueberry, black raspberry, and light florals notes with a touch of chalk and mineral on the finish. $18 btl, $8 btg
  • Gran Pasas — Plum and blackberry fruits, juicy raisins and ribbons of chocolate and vanilla combine in this 100% Monastrell aged for 6 months in French oak. $17 btl, $8 btg
