- “Big Smooth” Zinfandel – This Lodi Zin earns high ratings for both its flavor and its price point (WE: Editor’s Choice, 90 pts): luscious flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, and pomegranate combine with notes of toasted coconut in this silky red. $15 btl, $7 btg
- Klinker Brick “TranZind” – Famous for their old-vine Zinfandels, Klinker Brick adds a touch of Petite Sirah, Syrah and Cab to this Zin blend to produce dark fruit flavours complemented by exotic spices, tobacco and a hint of leather. $16 btl, $8 btg
