  • Gambas Al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp) with Paprika and Charred Lemon
  • Paired with: Naveran “Perles Roses”, Cava, Penedes — Ripe red berry flavours (cherry, strawberry and mulberry) combine with a touch of toasted nuts and bread and just a hint of lime on the finish

Main Tasting

  • Seafood Paella
  • Paired with: Can Sumoi “Perfum”, Penedes — A light, fragrant white made from 3 local varietals with a bouquet of jasmin and tea roses followed by flavours of apricot, white peach, orange zest and a touch of a salinity and roasted nuts
  • Smoked Gouda Frittata with Jamon Serrano and Creamy Red Pepper Sauce
  • Paired with: Palacios Remondo La Montesa, Rioja — Lush, juicy unfiltered Garnacha with notes of cherry, raspberry and orange peel along with hints of Mediterranean spices
  • Chorizo al Vino Tinto (with Red Wine Glaze) with Patatas Bravas and Roasted Tomato Aioli
  • Paired with: Bodegas Faustino Gran Reserva ’09, Rioja — An intense, classic Rioja with flavours of cherry, blackberry, and black raspberry, hints of fruitcake (dried fruit/liqueur/spice), with a touch of mocha and tobacco on the finish
