Weekly Wine Flight: Tues, Feb 22 – Thurs, Feb 24

This week we tour Washington & Oregon for some tasty treats. Featuring:

  • R. Stuart “Big Fire” Pinot Gris, Willamette, OR – This light, bright white is filled with notes of lemon, pear and orange blossom along with a nice touch of fresh herbs and minerality. $8 btg, $15 btl
  • Portlandia Pinot Noir, Willamette, OR – If you can “look past” the silly label with glasses (and ignore Margo’s bad puns!) you’ll find a surprisingly tasty and highly acclaimed Willamette red at a great price point: ripe cherry, red plum and strawberry combine with hints of baking spices and sweet tobacco. $9 btg, $17 btl
  • Be Human Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, WA – Aromas of lavender and violet open up to an eminently drinkable Cab from the renowned Horse Heaven Hills region tasting of dark cherry, currant, blackberry and a touch of mocha and savory herbs. $9 btg, $18 btl

Tasting: $11
