Classic Bruschetta Recipe

 Slice a baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

 Brush the slices with olive oil on both sides.

Toast the slices in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown

 Rub a clove of garlic over each toasted slice for flavor.

Dice ripe tomatoes and mix with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each toast.

Optional: Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious bruschetta!
