Classic Reuben Sandwich Recipe
Need rye bread, corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, butter, and optional pickles.
Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
Spread Russian dressing on the unbuttered side of the other slice of bread.
Place the Russian dressing side down on top of the sauerkraut.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
Serve hot, optionally with pickles on the side. Enjoy your delicious Reuben sandwich!
