Crisp and Crunchy Broccoli Slaw

 In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of shredded broccoli florets, 1 cup of shredded carrots, and 1/2 cup of thinly sliced red cabbage.

 Add 1/4 cup of chopped red onion and 1/4 cup of sliced almonds for extra flavor and texture.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and salt and pepper to taste.

 Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.

Refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, sprinkle with additional sliced almonds for garnish.
