Gather 4 large eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup shredded cheese (like Gruyere or cheddar), 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham, and seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs) to taste.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and seasoning. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham into the egg mixture.
