Instant Pot Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Saute onions, garlic, and bell peppers in the Instant Pot using the saute function

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and vegetable broth to the pot

Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and a pinch of cayenne for heat

Seal the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 10 minutes

Allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure

Stir in fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro for brightness and freshness

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
