Mango Lassi Recipe: A Refreshing Tropical Delight
Peel and dice 2 ripe mangos, removing the pit.
In a blender, combine the diced mango with 1 cup of plain yogurt.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar for sweetness.
Sprinkle in a pinch of ground cardamom for flavor.
Pour in 1/2 cup of cold water to thin the mixture.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled lassi.
