Quick and Easy Salsa Verde Recipe

Gather ingredients: tomatillos, serrano peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

 Peel and rinse tomatillos, removing husks, then halve them.

Roast tomatillos, serrano peppers, garlic cloves, and onion halves under a broiler until charred.

Let roasted ingredients cool, then transfer to a blender or food processor.

Add fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, and salt to the blender.

Blend until smooth, adjusting salt and lime juice to taste.

Optionally, for a chunkier texture, finely chop additional cilantro and onions and stir into the salsa.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week. Enjoy with tortilla chips, tacos, or grilled meats!
