Quick and Tasty Imitation Crab Delight

Chop 1 bell pepper, 1 cucumber, and 2 stalks of celery.

Dice 1 onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.

Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.

 Break up imitation crab and add to the pan.

 Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Cook for a few minutes until heated through.

Serve hot as a delicious and easy seafood dish.
