Refreshing Mango Sago Dessert

 Peel and dice ripe mangoes into small cubes.

 Boil tapioca pearls until translucent, then rinse under cold water.

Combine diced mangoes, cooked tapioca pearls, and coconut milk in a bowl.

Sweeten with condensed milk or sugar according to taste

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Serve the mango sago cold in individual bowls or glasses.

Garnish with additional mango cubes
