Simple Buttercream Frosting Recipe
Soften butter at room temperature until it's easily spreadable.
Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until creamy and smooth
Gradually add sifted powdered sugar to the butter, beating until well combined.
Add vanilla extract or any desired flavoring for taste variation.
If the frosting is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk or cream at a time until desired consistency is reached
Beat the frosting on medium-high speed for a few minutes until light and fluffy.
Adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more powdered sugar or liquid as needed.
Use the frosting immediately to decorate cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, or store it in an airtight
container in the refrigerator for later use. Allow it to come to room temperature before using again.
