Simple Hard-Boiled Eggs Recipe

Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.

Prepare a bowl of ice water.

After the eggs have cooked, transfer them to the ice water bath to cool for about 5 minutes.

Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel.

Rinse peeled eggs under cold water to remove any remaining shell pieces.

Enjoy your perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs as a snack or in your favorite recipes!
