Turkey Burger Recipe

Start by mixing ground turkey with minced onions and garlic

Add breadcrumbs and an egg to bind the mixture together

Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs or spices

Shape the mixture into patties of desired size and thickness

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through

Optionally, melt cheese on top of the burgers during the last minute of cooking.

Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments
