Cook 12 ounces of pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

 In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add a medley of chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.

Cook the vegetables until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick.
