This Tuesday Tasting (April 24) we celebrate spring with 3 new rosés fresh off the boat from France. Featuring:
- La Perdrix Rosé, Costieres de Nimes– This light Rhone Grenache-Syrah blend (60/40) tastes of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a soft creamy mouthfeel. $13 btl, $6 btg
- Elicio Rosé – Another Grenache-Syrah blend out of southern France but this time grown on older vines resulting in richer berry flavors (both red & black raspberries and cherries) with a clean minerally finish. $12 btl, $6 btg
- Cicada’s Song Rosé, Coteaux D’Aix-en-Provence – This bright blush (made of Grenache and Mouvedre) from Provence packs in rich fruit flavors of pungent red berries, cherries and citrus (blood orange and tangerine) with a touch of spice for a surprisingly complex rose. $18 btl, $7 btg
