This Tuesday Tasting (August 21), we try three elegant French rosés perfect for toasting the last days of summer. Featuring:
- La Perdrix – This blend of Grenache and Syrah is sustainably farmed from old vines and hand harvested to create a delicate pale pink tasting of wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry with a soft minerality. $13 btl, $6 btg
- Elicio – Another Grenache-Syrah blend that revels in the fruit, tasting of red raspberry and plums with a hint of cream and vanilla on the nose. $12 btl, $6 btg
