- Milbrandt Estates, Wahluke Slope – Ripe black currant and red plum combine with herbs, spice and a nice kick of pepper in this bright, flavorful red. $22 btl, $9 btg
- Borne of Fire, Columbia Valley – This Cab comes from their newest proposed AVA “The Burn”, noted for its rapid brush fires that lead to rich, flavorful reds, such as this, tasting of cherry, currant, pomegranate with more than a hint of smoked oak, herbs and red pepper. $21 btl, $8 btg
