This Tuesday Tasting (June 25) we try three very different styles of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs – from your traditional grapefruit burst to an elegant Sancerre-esque. Featuring:
- Ranga Ranga – A classic Marlborough Sav tasting of ripe citrus (juicy lime and ruby grapefruit) topped with a touch of stony minerality.
- Arona – Fruit-forward Sav Blanc lovers will appreciate the rich flavors of melon, kiwi and passionfruit balanced with nice grassy notes.
- Three Brooms – This elegant, surprisingly creamy Sav combines peach, pear and nectarine flavors with a pinch of Asian spices (lemongrass, ginger and clove?)
