Tues-Thurs Tasting
Aug 25-27
Forget raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens! These are some of our new favorite sippers we’ll be tasting this week.
- Crowded House Sav Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand – More restrained than most NZ Savs, this white strikes a perfect balance between tropical fruit, herbs, minerality, and yes, a touch of grapefruit. $14 btl, $7 btg
- Clos La Chance Chardonnay, Monterey, CA – Sunshine in a glass! Grown along the Pacific Coast where the grapes benefit from both cool winds and warm sunny days resulting in a bright, complex white with flavors of melon, lemon custard, light oak and a nice touch of citrus and minerality on the finish. $17 btl, $8 btg
- Altered Dimension Cab, Columbia Valley, Washington – A great warm weather Cab highlighting red fruit flavors of cherry and marionberry, a touch of herbs and eucalyptus and soft coca and graphite on the finish. $17 btl, $8 btg
Tasting: $12
Paired with French Onion and Ham Flatbread $7
