Tues-Thurs Tasting

The leaves may be brown and the sky may be grey, but we’re pretty confident these tasty West Coast wines will leave you feeling warm & happy!
- Diatom, Los Alamos – This highly ranked Chard (RP: 93; WE: 92) from the Santa Barbara region strikes an elegant balance of ripe fruit flavours (white peach, green apple, pear) with a touch of lemon cream and baked bread, finished off with a clean minerality. $27 btl, $10 btg
- Banshee Pinot Noir, Healdsburg – Wild blackberry, cherry and strawberry combine with a touch of toasted vanilla, oak and earthiness in this elegant 100% Pinot that “is a rare find in Pinot Noirs of this price point” (Wilfred Wong). $18 btl, $8 btg
- Buck Shack Bourbon Barrel Cab, Lake County – Grown and made by Shannon Ridge vineyards (famous for their Ovis Cycle Farming – raising flocks of sheep on vineyard lands to reduce soil erosion, use of herbicides and fertilizers, and reducing human labour) this Cab is aged in bourbon barrels to create a nice balance between the ripe fruit flavors of red berry and plum with strong notes of oak, caramel and spice with a surprisingly smooth finish. $23 btl, $9 btg
