- Isaac Fernandez ‘Biutiful’, Cava – Ranked a Best Buy by both Wine Enthusiast and Vinous, this traditionally made sparkling (methode champenoise) of Macabeo and Chardonnay has notes of warm bread, a touch of creamy butter and a nice dash of lemon on the finish. $13 btl, $6 btg
- El Coto Rosado, Rioja – This vibrant rose made from Tempranillo and Granache is packed with ripe fruit flavors of strawberry and raspberry with a touch of toasted almond undertone and a nice minerality that make it imminently drinkable. $12 btl, $6 btg
- Palacios Remondo La Vendimia, Rioja – This critics’ darling (consistently garnering 90+ points and ranked one of the best Riojas under $20 by Wine Spectator) made by Alvaro Palacios, who is famous for his modern Spanish reds, is a juicy blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo bursting with flavours of crushed red berries, red cherry, a touch of floral notes and a hints of floral notes and spice on the finish. *Organic $14 btl, $7 btg
