Doors will open at 4:00 pm and pairings will be served any time between 5 and 7, so come at a time that works best for you!




  • Gougères (savory cheese puffs) with Sundried Tomato and Garlic Fromage Blanc
  • Paired with: Bailly Lapierre Cremant Rosé, Burgundy — Creamy blush tasting of bright red strawberries, cherries, and cranberry with a hint of blood orange and fresh baked brioche

Main Tasting

  • Scallops in Champagne Beurre Blanc served on Potato Pancakes
  • Paired with: J. Moreau & Fils Chablis, Burgundy — An elegant, structured white with notes of mandarin, pineapple and almonds with a long lasting finish of salt and minerals
  • Duck Confit and Caramelized Onion Tartlet
  • Paired with: Domaine Jean-Louis Chave Côtes du Rhône “Mon Coueur”, Cotes du Rhone — Black raspberry and dark cherries combine with rich floral notes, ripe herbs, anise and a dash of pepper
  • Lamb Ragout with Roasted Vegetables
  • Paired with: Château Bernadotte Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux, Haut-Médoc — Boysenberry, blackberry and cherry coulis combine with a touch of cigar smoke and a nice graphite and minerality on the finish
