Blush Bubbles

Nothing gets us in the mood for the holidays more than sparkling rosé, so this Tuesday Tasting we thought we’d feature three fun (and affordable) blush bubbles from around the world.

  • Gruet Rosé, New Mexico – From the French Champagne house comes this fun and well-ranked New World sparkling made from 100% pinot noir: A beautiful bright pink tasting of tart cherries and lemon peel.
  • Perles Roses Naveran, Spain – For more than 100 years, Naveran has been perfecting the art of making Cava, and it shows in this soft, elegant sparkling made from 100% pinot noir that is aged 24 months to achieve fine, long-lasting bubbles with flavors of strawberry and vanilla.
  • Sophora Rosé, New Zealand – This sparkling rosé blends both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to achieve a soft luscious blush tasting of red berries and melon with a creamy, slightly bready finish.

Tasting: $10
