radleyfinchWeekly Wine Flight: Tues, Nov 2 to Thurs, Nov 4

This week we’re excited to have 3 “rad” new wines from South Africa to share thanks to the new line from Radley & Finch. Working with farmers in the Western Cape, winemakers Thinus Kruger and Pascal Schildt make a series of enjoyable and surprisingly affordable wines for all seasons and events. Featuring:

  • “Summer Sessions” Rose – This 100% Cinsault blush sourced from Swartland and Paarl in the summer months of S.A. (i.e. Jan and Feb) is a vibrant burst of fresh fruit (think strawberry, melon and pear) with a squeeze of lemon and minerally finish. $14 btl, $7 btg
  • “The Prof” Pinotage – A fun expression of South Africa’s native grape, this 100% Pinotage (Pinot Noir/Hermitage hybrid) blends red and black plum flavours with a hint of smoke, vanilla and leather.$14 btl, $7 btg
  • Flyin Frank” Cabernet Sauvignon – An easy drinking Cab sourced from trellised vineyards to make the most of the sun results in ripe fruit flavours of black plum, blackberry and black cherry with a touch of baking spices (think Christmas pudding) and hint of earth. $14 btl, $7 btg

Tasting: $12

Flatbread Pairing $8: Caramelized Apple & Brie
