Christmas Cabs

christmascabsThis Tuesday Tasting we try three big California Cabs that are filled with fruit flavors and pack more than a little punch! Featuring:

  • Beringer Knights Valley, Sonoma—This rich red still manages to feel elegant and layered, making it a critic’s favorite: dark fruit, mocha, and roasted coffee combine with and herbs for a long, silky finish
  • Bellacosa Cab, North Coast—Daniel Cohn’s (of BR Cohn) first vintage is already earning rave reviews for its  fruit-filled flavours (reminiscent of the BR Cohn cherry bombs) balanced by light oak, spice and smoke
  • Proximity Twenty Six, Santa Barbara—Grown just 26 miles from the coast, the sun and warm climate shine in this rich, lush red (think blackberry and black cherry) balanced by a touch of leather and smokey wood

Tasting: $14
